4. Avoid electronics for the first half an hour of your day.

Stop checking social media right after you wake up. It puts you into an immediate state of comparison and scarcity and will ruin all of the motivation and momentum you’ve built up so far.

5. Write down some works that you need to complete on that day.

This will keep you focused throughout the day and help you avoid getting distracted. Making a proper plan for the rest of the day helps you to utilize your time in an easy way.

Think of a person that makes you inspired and ought to follow his ideas, rules and make a promise to yourself to follow his/her principles throughout the whole day.
